The rooms are clean and large. The water in the shower is hot. The cleaning service is good. It is not the Hilton but it is the best value I have had since I have been doing contract work. It is convenient to anything that you may need in New Albany. I am giving it 4 and a half. They need a functioning ice machine to get a five.
Kinda small motel and the rooms are extremely basic but very clean. Very quiet throughout the night. Friendly staff. The air conditioner was turned off so it was hot in our room when we arrived and it probably took 2 hours to get to a comfortable temperature. That's the only reason I took away one star. We were tired and wanted to go to sleep right away and had to wait until it was a decent temperature before we could even lay down. Otherwise a nice place who's rooms are a little better than you would expect from looking at the outside.
We were traveling through and did not have a room. The other hotels were booked so we tried this hotel. The front desk was helpful. The surrounding area seems like it would be loud and potentially disruptive. However, the sidewalks are rolled up by 9 and all of the noisy activity of the day seems to end. The rooms are small to average. Everything seemed functional and clean except for the entry door near the handles. So, a good price for a hotel room you will sleep in. No wifi was provided. Standard cable channels are provided.
The bed was very comfortable, much more comfortable than the one I paid twice as much for the night before! The room was clean, plenty of space. We had a mini fridge, microwave and nice, big TV. No bugs. Would definitely stay here again.
Stayed in New Albany for almost 2 weeks and the Budget inn was a nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and no bugs. The friendly staff was a plus. The girls took care of everything we needed and clean towels every day. Most hotels that we pay more money don't give us clean towels every day, so that was above expected. Definitely would saty there again.
It was great place went to their vacation to see my mother and they were very pet friendly and all around great people to stop in and see
I stayed in room 145, and it has an old school non- ‘Obama compliant’ shower head. It was freaking awesome! I forgot how good showers used to be. Other than that, it was a clean basic room for a bargain price, everything worked and my car didn’t get stolen. The price at the window was better than the online price. Make showers great again!
The room single had king size bed Mini fridge, and microwave Large maybe 46 or 50in Tv.shower was excellent. Good nice cool a/c.$59.95 including tax. They rent by the week$280 including tax. No pool but laundromat across street.TRUCK PARKING. I RECOMMEND.
